It has now been a full year that Digicare have been supporting service providers and end users with Samsung spare parts supply and advice. From nothing we have seen organic growth to reach our first month of achieving 100 parts orders.
I would like to think that this growth is based on the friendly and knowledgeable support that we provide. The feedback we have received does seem to coroberate this thinking.
However, we do realise that it is our low pricing that is the main reason we are becoming more popular. Therefore, we will continue with our pricing policy and hope to continue our growth further (and, of course, the friendly support will continue too!)
