What are our opening hours?

Our opening hours are 9.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday. We are unable to respond to messages outside of office hours, but we will aim to resolve your query as soon as we are back.

How long will shipping take?

For our standard delivery please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

My order hasn’t arrived, what can I do?

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please let us know via our ‘contact’ section, or call us on 0344 980 2125 or email Websales@digigroup.co.uk, and we can look into this for you.

Do I have warranty on my device?

Yes! Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase and will be in place for 90 Days. During this period we will replace the product for you. 

My item is faulty, what should I do?

If you suspect you may have received a faulty item please give us a call straight away, we will of course resolve this immediately for you. Or, if you need help setting up your device, please contact us and we'll be happy to advise.

    What payment methods do we accept?

    We use PayPal to process all web orders. PayPal is a secure online payment system which accepts all major credit and debit cards: Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo and Direct Debit, in addition to payments from a PayPal account if you have one.
